FRICTION/PEEL TESTER MODEL FP-2265

The FP-2265 is a benchtop tester for coefficient of friction (COF), peel adhesion, seal strength, and light tensile. One instrument covers multiple test methods to ASTM, ISO, TAPPI, and PSTC standards. Swap fixtures as needed or set it up as a dedicated tester for plastic film, paper, paperboard, adhesives, labels, and flexible packaging materials.

Select from a variety of COF sleds along with standard and custom peel fixtures to measure at 180°, 90°, and T-peel orientations. Mechanical and pneumatic clamps are available for seal strength
testing. Meets ASTM D1894, ASTM F88, ISO 8295, PSTC 101, and more.

The color touchscreen interface allows for quick test configurations and recall of up to 30 saved test methods. Built-in pneumatics eliminate the need for an external control switch. The optional
Universal Instrument Remote (UIR) puts test control at the operator’s fingertips. Test data and reports can be exported in CSV format with unique Sample ID and Report ID tracking for full  traceability.
